The businessman Antonio Arce, who has been a member of Ecointegral’s Advisory Board since 2012 and has been collaborating with the company continuously since then in various areas, joins Ecointegral, as a shareholder and the executive as Director of Strategy.
Antonio Arce S\u00e1nchez, a native of Cartagena, is a Mining Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. During his professional career, as a partner of the multinational Accenture, he worked in corporate operations linked to the energy sector.
He has participated in different business projects such as Panergia S.L., Enefgy S.L. and others, always linked to the energy sector and especially renewable energy, both providing capital and helping in the organic growth and development of strategic operations.
In the case of Panergia, he was a key player in the merger process with the local subsidiary of Conergy AG during the take-off years of large photovoltaic projects in Spain (2006-2009). During this hectic period, Arce held the position of country manager for the German multinational Epuron, leading the development and construction of the largest photovoltaic projects under construction at that time.
His satisfaction with the trajectory of Ecointegral and his confidence in the future development expected for the company, has led him to become one of the reference partners by taking a relevant 15% stake in its shareholding. Arce will work closely with the executive as head of strategy to drive the company’s growth, digitise its operations and develop its international presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
