30 Mar Ecointegral reaffirms its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace by signing the Diversity Charter
We reaffirm our commitment to diversity and inclusion at work as a new signatory to the Diversity Charter, an initiative that encourages organisations to commit to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, both inside and outside the company.
The Diversity Charter is a project promoted by the Diversity Foundation and the Representation of the European Commission in Spain. It defines 10 principles that, on a voluntary basis, companies and institutions assume, undertake to promote the fundamental values of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and in business.
The main objectives of the Diversity Charter are to raise awareness and promote equal opportunities and respect for diversity, including them as company values, encouraging the integration of people with diverse profiles, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, origin, religion, beliefs, age, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance.
At the ECOINTEGRAL/IDP we reinforce our commitment to defence and practice of these principles with the application of our ESG strategy, culture, and daily actions.
